The Burnie Farmers' Market was the first farmers market established in Tasmania. It has now expanded to include COUNTRY ARTS and CRAFTS. The Burnie Farmers' Market is still the best place to buy fresh, cheap local produce, and meet the farmers who grow it. Also gives you the opportunity to get a unique gift or little something for yourself from the COUNTRY ARTS and CRAFT stall holders. Take a table at the outdoor cappuccino bar and soak up the atmosphere.
The market is held on the first and third Saturdays of the month from 8:00am to 12:00noon at the Wivenhoe Showgrounds.
